  • You will receive your original photo returned to you, along with the digital copy of the restored photo, delivered via email or on a USB drive, for an extra charge. Additionally, we provide a high-quality photographic print of the professionally restored image of up to 8×10. Larger sizes, as well as different substrates such as canvas, metal, or archival framing, are also available for an extra charge.

  • We do not offer restoration of physically damaged photos. However, many museums or archival institutions can recommend professionals who specialize in this type of service.

  • The typical damage we restore includes mold, stains, tears, fading, yellowing, water damage, and discoloration. If the photo is severely damaged, we are able to use reference photos in order to be able to recreate the photo.

  • No, we will need to rescan the photograph to ensure it is captured at the highest possible resolution for optimal quality.
