While most of our clients have 5,000 to 15,000 physical photos and albums and up to 50 home movies, their digital assets are a different story.
We typically see at least 50,000 digital assets in an individual cloud platform. Still, the number is often in the millions due to the duplicates that have amassed over the years. Whether those duplicates are on various cloud platforms, your phone, or your computer, we have developed a system that works regardless of collection size.

Phase 1
Phase one of digital organizing always starts with gathering the assets from all the platforms and devices. Then, we merge, deduplicate, and sort everything chronologically.
Phase 2
Phase two of digital organizing includes curation, keywording, and tagging.
At the end of your project, we will provide options for a safe and reliable backup system.
